Business Apostle Cashflow Planner
Know where your money goes—and whether it will last.
See where your money comes from, where it goes, and whether it will last until the next income arrives. A monthly budget tells you the totals. This tells you the timing: which day the balance dips, how long the dip lasts, and what would change it.

Everything is calculated in your browser.
How it works
- Add the cash you have. The money available to you today, minus anything already promised elsewhere.
- Schedule the money. Every inflow and outflow on the date it actually happens, with how often it repeats.
- See the timing gaps. A daily running balance shows the first tight day, the lowest point, and what a single change would do.

Fixed commitments
Bills with a date attached: rent, utilities, school fees, minimum debt payments, insurance, giving.
Flexible spending
Spending without a fixed date. Set a limit per week or per month and the plan will place it on the calendar for you.
Future costs and allocations
Savings, investments, extra debt payments, annual bills and money you are setting aside for something dated.
Allocations and periodic costs
Sinking funds
A sinking fund is money put aside a little at a time for something with a date on it — school fees, a rent renewal, an insurance premium.

What this tool never does
- It never connects to a bank and never asks for a bank login.
- It never writes your figures to browser storage, a cookie, the web address or a server.
- It never pays a bill for you.
- It never assumes an expected payment will arrive.
- It never promises that a creditor or service provider will change a bill date.
- It never suggests skipping an essential bill or a required minimum debt payment.

No analytics vendor is connected. The code contains a disabled event function that can only ever emit an event name from a fixed list — no amount, date, category or label can be attached to it.
